Hi everyone,

I found this form when doing research on buying my Hitohira gyuto. ^_^

I’m a home chef that recently rekindled my love for cooking. I primarily cook Chinese cuisine and seafood which requires a lot of prep work. I’m looking forward to learning more from everyone and (maybe) expanding my knife collection. :D
