Hi guys,

I have been reading here for a while now and decided to join the forum :)
I am a chef currently living in London. I started my journey in the knife world with japanese knives and now getting more interested in the work of other artisan makers all over the world.
Glad to be here and to learn more about knives, stones and so on!

This is most of my knives I have! I also have a takamura uchigumo 240mm gyuto which basically started my whole knife journey and a misono 440 sujihiki 210mm

Great collection! Misono and Takamura are the best gateway drugs that lead to Japanese kitchen knife addiction. Welcome onboard!
