Hi everyone my name is Billy. I run a manufacturing company in Virginia called Eleven. Our focus is carbon steel kitchen cutlery but we have a handful of other stuff in the horizon. I’ve attended the ECG the last two years doing colabs both years with Henry Hyde on mega slicers. I’m sure a few people here know me but most don’t. I’d like to become a more active member of the community here so… here I am!
