The great folks from Home | KnifeHouse suggested this forum. I'm getting myself back in the kitchen and will be trying to find the best tools for recipes that are exciting to me. Need to slim down my current collection and want to focus on one or two knives that are a great fit-- I may need to search for new ones. Look forward to learning more form all of you.
