Hi! I'm a few years late to this forum but rather late than never.

Based in Cape Town, South Africa. I'm focused on optimizing one chef knife design for form, function and production. I also work as a mechanical engineer in a materials research center at UCT which has a surprising overlap with knife making and I hope to start doing some more knife related research in my workshop.
