I am mainly here to lurk. Got into knives around 10 years ago when I picked up a Shun Sora gyuto and then immediately returning it for a Victorinox rosewood chefs knife. Still not 100% sure what color is associated with a quality knife but in my head it could have been silver, white, blue, or maybe rainbow or black. Is there a high quality yellow steel?
