Hi, newbie here and falling quickly into this rabbit hole.
I'm strictly an amateur when it comes to cooking, but I enjoy preparing meals for my family nonetheless and have needed to do that far more from scratch since my son has a bunch of food allergies. I love when a practical, everyday tool can be combined into a beautiful, artistic expression. I also love the idea that if you're using something daily, it ideally should be high-quality, a pleasure to use, and a sight to behold. So that's really what has brought me here.
I'm looking forward to discussing all aspects of this hobby with you all and learning as much as I can. I'm also looking forward to curating and growing a fun and diverse collection of knives from the everyday workhorse to grails!
