Hinouras have a great grind where they feel quite hefty in the hand while still having a lasery preformence without being brittle.
I would keep the nakiri but I have been preferring bigger examples so I’m letting it go.
The gyuto is a work in progress that I no longer have time for. Thinned and stone finished but it still is quite imperfect.
I have sanded the choil on the nakiri on the right side so it is a lot more comfortable for right handed users.
150$ for the nakiri
and 100$ for the gyuto.
235$ if you take both
Gyuto is sold
