We have - what I was explained by my Japanese friend - a Hiromoto knife. Could someone please confirm its authenticity? It was bought at a flee market many many years ago... From what I understand, Hiromoto knives are no longer made. Does this mean this knife is rare? Were they all hand-made or were some machine-made as well? My apologies, I am no expert...
