Traded from BST, nice knife and really nice steel, but too thin and light for me, sharpened on Gesshin 2000, Ichimonji 4000 then Kitayama 8000, some small scratches from low angel sharpening. $380 $350 $330 $320

How's the profile on this? Hard to tell if it actually has a nice flat spot in the back or not. Also that's a beautiful cutting board! Where'd you get it?

It’s on the curvy side, I’m out of the town now so I can’t take pictures, I will take some next week if you want one. The cutting board is from BoardSmith, their sidekick, great little board!

I was the original owner who traded this to @blokey. I liked this knife very much as it was one of the last few Japanese knives I kept. While blokey feels this is too thin for him, it is actually thicker than Takada and many other Sakai lasers and in a good way. It feels a bit more substantial but still cuts (ease of cutting) super well. Togashi’s white 1 is considered one of the best if not the best. This is a great price to try a Togashi white 1.
