Hello hello, glad to make it official. I love checking out and reading about knives online, predominantly the cheaper stuff. So far I managed to stay sub 100$. I use a Kyohei Shindo as my main knife (97%) and a ShiBaZi cleaver for the hard stuff. I also have a virgin Takamura, that I will use one day. Herein lies the problem: I am pretty happy with the knives I have and rationally cannot justify buying more. So I am cheating and giving knives I am interested in away to friends and try them when I am visiting
