Hello, Jason from New Jersey though I've been all over. I'm a home cook, I spend most of my time grilling/smoking. Sometimes it's just me and my girlfriend but sometimes I'm doing barbecues for 15-20 people, I enjoy it immensely.
I do less fine dining cuisine but I have an interest in taking barbecue and grilling and elevating presentation and learning the techniques used in more elevated cuisine. Zero interest in baking lol
I'm a knife guy and I've been a member on several forums but mostly for EDC/law enforcement style blades and I've never gotten serious about kitchen knives. I'm here to hopefully change that. I've got some ideas on what I want and I'll do the questionnaire in a bit.
