After a year or so of trying knives and figuring out my steel/profile/grind preferences and developing basic sharpening skills, I’m starting to become more interested in Jnats.
Been lurking on this forum for a while. Didn’t want to sign up because I knew if I had access I’d start to spend money in the classifieds. It’s finally time to take the plunge.
