This was the knife that started my descent into the rabbit hole. I purchased this directly from Harbeer in March this year, via one of his auctions. I was so impressed with his work so I bought 2 more gyutos from him. I have used and sharpened this knife. It performs great I just have come to the conclusion I would rather use a gyuto than a nakiri. I got a great deal on this knife and I will be passing it on.

Here are the specs:
Edge length: 155 mm
Height: 50 mm
Weight: 168 grams
Steel: Takefu White core, mild steel suminagashi cladding
Handle: Box elder, black and red G10 liners wrapped with a cord soaked in epoxy

This steel gets very sharp but is a bit more on the reactive side. The profile of the edge has a bit of in upsweep to it, not flat like some nakiris.
