That knife is about $200.00 less than Henry quoted me for a damascus clad 255mm gyuto, so I'm surprised it's still there. While Hyde knives generally have thicker and stiffer spines that aggressively taper down to the edge along with aggressive distal taper towards the front this one does so especially. As a result it felt lighter than I expected when handling in shop. If I hadn't grabbed a monosteel gyuto from the same batch of customs this would be harder to resist.
