Said Alex DeLarge, but I digress. I think my latest acquisition of a TF Mabaroshi 210mm gyuto has scratched my itch.

I could probably get by with just the TF gyuto. But that doesn’t mean a 240mm TF might not be in the future. I’m just saying, I’m cured… for now.

All of these were bought from KKF members. There’s also a crap ton of others that I bought from Cutlery and More.

One of these days I’ll have to get a picture of the whole journey, including sharpening equipment and cutting boards.

These are just the ones that that I find most satisfying. I should probably post a picture of the craziness that got me to this point. Tojiro knives, stones, Yaxell knives, cutting boards, Wusthof knives, electric belt sharpener, more stones. If this was all I bought I’d be doing pretty well.

Yeah, I was just joking. Like Barmoley said, it’s just a notion that many put out that there all good, next thing you know they are buying more knives.
 
Yeah, all in good fun. I've been done and cured so many times now that I don't think I have a single knife I started with.
