I might have a Tonkatsu party. A meat flipper. I’m shopping for one, but I have this in my garage. I’ve pulled nasty stuff out of motors, and recently lint from my clothe-dryer.

could i sanitize it first? Sure. But I’ll keep this one in my garage. It’s been into some nasty chemicals. Yuck.

you all use a meat prong flipper thing? Any favorites?

I prefer tongs. Easier to use and they don't poke holes in your meat.
