i know it may be a dumb question but how do you clean your big butcher blocks and big cutting boards that don't fit in the sink ?

Thats a bummer. Maybe take it to a woodworker to cut in half?

I'm making some end grain boards rn. Trying to figure out the best size.
 
daily: wipe. dry
monthly: scrub with salt + acid (lemon/vinegar), wipe, dry, oil.
yearly: scrape, oil, wax.
centuily: moving it somewhere to subject it to running water.
