I love my wife.....I discussed getting a dog with her 5 or 6 yrs ago, and she was not keen. About a month ago, out of the blue she said if I get my act together we could get a dog!.. Got my act together and we got a dog.

We rescued a beautiful Yellow Lab. We think he is between 2 & 4 yrs old.

Let me introduce you to the newest KnifeMutt, Monty!

Was part of 'getting your act together' professing your love for your wife on a knife forum? Just kidding.

That's a nice looking, happy dog. Congrats to the new family member.

Nice lookin' pup there! I had a lab named Monty for about 9 years or so (also a pound rescue), one heck of a companion to have by your side.

Thanks everyone. I proclaim my love for my wife at least two times a day. First thing in the morning and the last thing at night

If you skip the sleeping you can reduce it to once a day.:sofa:
