We seem to be winning the spammer war. Or at least the "Live Stream" spammer battle.
bkultra has worked as part of the admin team, getting switches in proper places, effective filters and setting moderation rules to keep the Live Stream spammers (and others) off of the forum.
To the NEW Members this will mean that your first post (or two, or three) will not be visible on the forum until a moderator has approved your introduction post. "New Member Introduction", with an approved post, will become the only method of entering the forum.
New Members - PLEASE don't put links in your posts until you've posted a few (5) times. This sets off the anti-spam stuff and then each post has to be manually approved and usually links edited out.
This has entailed a lot of coordinated work on the part of bkultra and Angie. I get to sit on the side like a Golden Retriever, smiling and wondering what's happening. Many, many, kudos.
