That's interesting. Been around 150 years and still making carbon knives too. I wonder what kind of carbon steel they use. You're right about the prices too, I wonder what they last time they raised them was. I kinda want to buy something from them half outa curiosity and half out of wanting to support them.

I'm tempted to ask what the steel is, but then I'd feel one step closer to spending money I don't have.

I thought the same thing about both the foot long CK and the butcher's. I wish
That they had more pictures showing thickness ect.
