Interesting(?) older Henckles utility knife

Not sure of the era of this. Let's call it mid-20th Century.
The clip point is not often seen on paring knives, IMO. The tang widens slightly to fit the handle design. And the blade widens slightly past the halfway area.
Two pins and a rivet in that short space; overengineered?

The tang looks very similar to other knives of that era; finished slightly past the bolster area and then unfinished the rest of the length.

Could be earlier as well, thirties or so, as it was obviously meant for export and the North-Americans early adopted stainless steel, long before the European consumer.
