Really enjoyed using this knife. First time using this particular core steel & was impressed. Can't add much more to the mix, that already hasn't been said. Truly an A+ cutter that was a joy to use in a professional kitchen. Thank you, Jonas, for doing this....... You, sir are a true craftsman! Best.

Picked the knife up today. i'm into it, like the rustic hammer thing going on, handle is simple, functional, but still nice looking. i like the profile and grind, looking forward to actually using it soon.

Is the knife still with you? Just asking because it’s going to me for a quick pitstop before going over to Australia :)

    Update.
The knife was returned to me because of an issue with the customs paperwork.
July 4th week is pretty crazy out here on Cape Cod, I'll try again after the weekend

My apologies to everyone waiting on this knife
If anyone has any advice for me shipping overseas it would be greatly appreciated. I've never done it before and apparently it's more difficult than I thought

Sooo... just picked up the knife from postoffice, it’s in nice shape and with not much to do on it but i will it a quick thinning and a fresh microbevel! Then it’s ready to go over to Australia.
It wont happen this week though, pretty occupied with finishing some knives for this weekends german knifeforum gettogether

As Matus previously said this is probably the longest passaround ever! The knife just got back from it’s Australia run, unfortunately Swedish customs/postservice is a joke and i got hit with VAT, i’m trying to solve this to get the knife back asap! Worst case scenario i’ll have a couple of spare blanks that i can finish with same profile/grind etc and send out for the Europe tour! In either case i’m hoping to send it out by mid next week.

Have a great weekend folks

Lol, it's kinda funny that you may have to pay some bucks to get YOUR own knife back.

Yeah, it’s just ridicoulous, all paperwork were in order and still they manage to screw it up o_O First 25% VAT on the value of the knife, then almost as much in a bunch of bs fees
