Hello KKF! I'm someone very new to nicer kitchen knives. Back in 2022, started doing a ton of home cooking and wanted a complement it with a nice japanese knife as my daily driver. This led me down the rabbit hole of japanese knives. Since then been doing a ton of lurking here, in the chefknives subreddit (pre 3rd party app shutdown), and on the chefknives discord. Only have a gyuto and a petty to my name for now, but excited to keep learning more and get more in my collection!
