Hi there!
For sale is my Iron Grove Sujihiki and serrated bread knife. Both knives were forged by Iron Grove Tools out in Dripping Springs, Texas and are incredible pieces. Iron Grove offers lifetime sharpening and repair on their blade so all you have to do is email them and they’ll take care of you. The sujihiki (Iron Grove also calls it a “Brisket Sword” or “Carver”) has been used a handful of times and is very sharp while the bread knife has never been used. The reasons I own these knives is I have a BBQ business and sujihikis, meat slicers, and especially serrated bread knives are the go to knives of choice for cutting smoked meats. I’m only selling them because I have other brisket knives and I am looking to thin out the herd before I make a different purchase.
