I didn’t plan on selling these knives but hey life comes at you fast.

    Isasmedjan 1095 Honyaki: 52 x 242mm can’t remember the weight exactly but I believe it’s 180-200grams.
Seen about 7 touch ups or sharpenings. Currently wearing heavy bullet proof patina. Paid $510, asking $440 shipped.
Here’s the IG link that captures the blade shape in ways I can’t

Takayuki Ginsan 150mm petty, got this off somebody bnib about a month ago. It’s seen light use, never really sharpened just 6k touch up and stropping. Phenomenal edge retention.
Asking $200, not sure how much they go for new. Maybe $275-300?
This knife isn’t workhorse like the gyutos from the same line, feels more like a middle weight petty.

My bad. Isasmedjan is sold. You should contact him here on the forum. He’s really great to talk to.

I wasn't hating, real American cheese (not cheese food) is the most versatile cheese out there. If I could only have one cheese to use/eat it would be American.

I’m all about that processed Brie. I hear this Takayuki Ginsan petty that’s for sale cuts through it perfectly.

Final price drop for Takayuki petty $170 shipped.
I will most likely close the thread tomorrow if I don’t get any more trade offers or sale.
    Thanks

You can destroy celery yourself if you buy it.

@Jville im at work, Takayuki is at the house. I can take measurements tonight. It’s somewhere in between suji profile petty and a gyuto profile petty. If that makes sense.

@labor of love I'll take the Takayuki petty if it's available. Can you PM me? New here and just getting started with this proper knife life, seems like a great way to start :)
