Looks like pricing is quite different from US or japan.

Yes. Maybe someone else knows cheaper options within Europe; I didn't do an exhaustive search... but generally speaking the retail price is significantly higher in Europe.
Problem is that if you buy from US, you get r@ped 3 new buttholes on the cost of shipping + customs, so especially for lower-cost items it's never worth it. From Japan it can still be cheaper, but you'll have to do the math first how much you're actually saving. Exchange rate to dollars is crap right now so you'll get the best deals from places that originally sell in yens.
