Hi,

From UK, buyer of Japanese knives for use in the home kitchen.

Own around 15 currently, mix of shapes and steels but nearly all Wa handle.
Slow, mediocre but persistent whetstone sharpener using Cerax 1000/6000, Chosera 800 & 3000 and Shapton Pro 120.

Intend to make my own Wa handle, but can't see me getting onto that this year.
Would love to make a full knife one day, but no idea if I will ever do that.

Keep telling myself, just one more knife, this should be the last one but I still have at least 3 left I want to buy, maybe 4.....
