Japanese Natural Stone (JNS) Shipping Tracking

Does anyone here have any experience purchasing items from JNS? Do JNS send you a tracking number when the items been marked as "shipped"? It's kind of weird how they don't attach the Tracking number on the email. Thanks in advance.

It's been a couple years but I recall that Maxim would provide a DHL tracking number when shipping.

When he's working he would ship day of order but he does holiday (and offer substantial discounts) a lot.

I actually emailed him about it and the reply that I got is DHL will send me the tracking through Email or Phone which I haven't receive anything at the moment.

I purchased from JNS not long ago and I got an email confirmation on the purchase then a day or two later I got another stating it had been shipped with a link to the tracking info.

The email that I got from JNS is just a notification that item had been "SHIPPED" but there was no link or tracking. I'll give it 1-2 days then i'll just email him again. Never ordered from JNS and this is my first transaction with him. Thanks for the info.

If I remember right, that's what I got as well. Sorry, but I can't remember if I got a separate DHL email or not. I do know, that I got my order just fine.

This is pretty normal, have my second order coming in, and I always get DHL emailing me directly instead of Maxim.

Yeah he doesn’t communicate well about tracking. Also don’t be surprised at the smell.

I got a tracking number from DHL a few days after Maksim notified me that the knife shipped.

I've ordered a bunch of times from JNS and for some orders I think I never received a tracking number. But they usually arrive so quickly that I never bothered.

No smokey smell? I'd ask for an exchange, what's the point of buying from JNS without the second hand smoke.
