I have this amazing Kato kiita which is a pretty hard stone offering 350usd 300USD shipping including, any shipping that is less than 20usd ( if it is over 20 you'll have to pay for the amount over 20 which is like 5usd the most) and gives you Japanese natural nagura as a gift. The video attached is a very in-depth experience and sharpening result from different types of steel, the chisel is aoagami 1 and also has m2 steel. In the beginning, I used Naniwa chosera to flatten and leave scratch marks on the chisel and see the performance of the stone. (Also if you guys could leave some suggestions that would be nice, such as what other steel types I should include in the test, do you guys want captions for the video)
