Love this Jiro petty a lot, just not for me.
Especially I need more a laser/ thinner tip as the second knife for omakase service.
Saya is custom made in Taiwan, ebony wood with magnet inlay, once knife placed in saya, magnet will turned it about 5° and locked it in place. Will need to turn the knife again to pull it out.
