up for sale is my 210 mm Sujihiki from Jiro.
Really nice knife. Great condition (nearly like new). Used only a couple of times in a homecooking edition. Sharpened once (only microbevel on suita).
Patina freshly removed.

Bought a couple of month ago from Tosho.

Incl. Box, letter etc.
