Hello everyone!

I grabbed this guy from Strata a few months ago. Used twice for dinner prep at home, edge is still as I got it (and as sharp). No stropping or sharpening. Has a very small amount of patina on it. Why am I selling it? I have too many in this same size and I’m trying to whittle it down to two. Performance-wise, I’m very impressed by it; someone will be very happy with this.

It’s Jiro #127.

Here is the link to it on the Hitohira site. The specs are the same. 240x58.5mm, 327g. This thing is sweet. I’ll post a couple photos of it as it is now, but it’s the exact one from the site, and those are much better. The only reason it is discounted is because of a small mark in the tang in the bottom of the handle.

Asking what I paid for it, $670 + Shipping.

I think I have the original box somewhere for it, so if I can find that; it’s included. I know I have the handwritten note that came with it.
