First off, this knife is overpriced. I really wanted to try it and with the knife I traded plus cash I’m in $900 plus shipping. I won’t be asking that much in trade value or a cash sale, but just want to be transparent. I’ll be looking closer to $800. So if this price detests you, move along.
Used twice. Really cool feel in hand. Just one more “nice” knife than I need. My collection is almost perfect for my uses and after an addition of beefier small gyuto, this is up for grabs.
Would be looking for a 270 gyuto like a Toyama, Wat, Mazaki. But I’m open for almost anything. It’s an overpriced knife so I’ll try and make it a little more palatable.
