WTB Jiro &/or Yanick Wa-Gyuto 225-235mm

Anyone willing to let go of either a Jiro or Yanick Gyuto in the range of 225-235mm? Can be slightly flexible on length.

Looking for either brand new or very very lightly used.

good luck, i found a Jiro #268 a couple weeks ago. I love it so much.

I was looking for a 240mm but was offered a 255mm and took it. i'm glad I did because there really isn't much difference. it's basically just a big 240.

Glad you’re enjoying yours! I’ve never held one but it’s got seemingly all the things I like such as taller profile, thicker spine, kuro uchi type finish and my favorite steel in white #1
