I am selling this Nakiri from Jiro. It is number #77, it has a custom handle and saya made of Ringed Gidgee.
It is a fairly used knife, sharpened multiple times, attempted Kasumi finish. Selling as is at my loss. I paid 900aud + 400aud for saya and handle work.
I am asking 600usd + shipping.
Weight with this new handle is 281gr now.
The saya has no pin and does not hold the knife. It is best used tucked in the pocket of a knife roll or if you store your knives in a drawer.
