Joel Black Apex Ultra Damascus Gyuto new and unused
Measurements: 224mm x 55mm
Weight: 269g
Spine Width: 8.1mm out of the handle, 6.2mm above the heel, 2.6mm mid, 1.5mm ~1" from tip
Handle: bocote and bog oak

The Damascus is very subtle with the bevels hand finished on stones. It's a really nice knife, but between workhorse pick ups from Simon Maillet, and Fredrik Spåre in the 245-250mm range that I prefer I just don't see myself using it. I'll bide my time for one of Joel's awesome gyuto/kogatana combos

Asking $525.00 CONUS

How is this still here??

It’s the same if not less than what Joel sells them for on his website, where they sell in less than 5 minutes.

The tight dammy is some of the nicest out there amongst western makers currently in my opinion, and apex ultra is… apex ultra?!
