Pleue sent me this cleaver and I put a new handle on her. I don't know anything about these knives other than that it's stainless. Seemed like decent construction, as the handle was very well-secured to the tang.
I rounded the spine and choil, thinned it out behind the edge a little, and only went to a 1200 edge on it. The handle is African blackwood(ferrule), tamarind and Claro Walnut(from Mark at BurlSource). I think I used the same piece of Walnut on 3 different knives!

Looks great. If only I had a guy in need, or get some of my guys over to the cleaver side
