Hey All!
For sale is a new boning knife made by K. Sabatier in collaboration with Bernal Cutlery and Butcher’s Guide. FOMO got the better of me during the presale release earlier this month and I received it in the mail over the weekend. Decided I prefer my Konosuke butcher’s petty to this, so I’m letting it go. 6.25” carbon steel blade, very stiff, with palissander handle. The last inch or so near the handle is intentionally dull.
I paid $118 altogether with shipping. I’m selling for $100 shipped in the US. Keeping this in the states for now. Please see pics below. Thanks!
