SOLD Kamon “denty” 270 mm Gyuto

Howdy all. Up for sale is a lovely Kamon Gyuto denty model. It is 270x60, made of excellent 1.2519 tungsten steel, and comes with a very functional, if not very attractive saya that I believe is the first he ever made. What also makes this knife special is the handle end caps are made of Mokume-gane, an ancient Japanese technique that means “wood grain metal” I believe, these bookend an ivory handle making a combo that is perhaps his most deluxe. Price is $750 including shipping and fees in the US.

It is a larger knife, but I must say it handles quite nimbly for its size.
