Howdy all. Up for sale is a lovely Kamon Gyuto S-grind model. It is 250x60mm, made of excellent 1.2519 tungsten steel. Handle is made of plum wood and handle end caps are made of G-10 making for a quite light weight and sporty feeling combo for the size. Price is $650 including shipping and fees in the US.
