Kanji Translation

Hey guys, I'm usually good at figuring out kanji but this one just has me stumped. I can read all but the bottom left, could someone please translate? Thanks

just means special made on the left and tokyo on the right.

Thanks Bruce, I now see translating "special made" back into Japanese gives me this kanji 製 which I can now imagine the strokes that are faded on the blade.
