Kanji

Hi everyone ,

I'm looking to identify the kanji on this knife. I looked through several of the kanji threads here about 3 hours of total research so far, but I haven't been able to find specifically this mark.

Any help or pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Yup, definitely a Watanabe. Looks like stainless cladding over probably Blue 2 core steel. Really good knife.
