I like this one--nice and thin with that hallmark yoshi flat spot. A bunch of car repairs are coming up (I'll probably put up a few more knives this week...)--otherwise, I'd hang on to this one... Used for a few meals, still on factory edge, start of some light patina from pinch-grip.
Originally came with the heart-shaped hinoura handle, which was one of the most comfortable handles I've used, so I popped it and that's staying
