If I didn't just get a 210 Denka. Awesome looking knife. Is this the standard or workhorse? GLWS... I'm sure this one will fly :)
 
how u like it?

Early days with the 210 Denka, but it could be ideal for the size I need it for. Thinner than I was expecting, more like an Itinomonn than a Toyama. Hence, cutting performance is very good but food release is average; as would be expected. Blade height is decent for a 210 at 51mm. Yet to test it out on the stones.

For slower more precise and methodical prep it's ideal for me so far.
