Got another cool one here for you today, a Kato 210mm STD Gyuto. Bought this here on the forum a few years back, I’m going to include the original posting here as it includes all of the specs.
The knife is still exactly the same way as I bought it, just has a bit of a patina on it. Has not been sharpened but was touched up on a strop after I would use it. I used this as a personal home knife for myself so I was able to baby it with occasional use.
At 196mm in length and 5.8mm thickness of the spine at the handle it’s a perfectly proportioned piece.
I’m looking to get $900 shipped CONUS for this. International buyers we can chat but it has been difficult for me in my last few sales with time differences. Thank you for looking!
