270mm Ironwood gyuto, R2, from Kazayuki Tanaka, the father of Shigeki.

The ironwood aficionados know there aren't any concrete ways to determine Kaz vs. Shigeki, but the dammy can be a little different and they tend to be a touch thinner. I acquired this from James at KNS and trust him.
