Hello KKF,

I have for sale a 270mm Kemadi Damascus Sujihiki. I got this knife from Kev directly about 6 months ago and have used it a handful of times for slicing protein at work since then. The damascus jacket is comprised of 65x13 and 40x13 both Russian tool steel. The core steel is Bulat that takes, and holds a really aggressive edge.

The only reason I’m selling this is because I just purchased another Suji so now I’ve got some redundancy in my kit.

Measurements-

Edge length: 272mm
Edge height at heel: 51mm
Thickness of spine: 3mm
Weight: I believe it’s around 240g, will confirm tomorrow at work.

Looking for $420, shipped CONUS. I might entertain the idea of international shipping with additional cost.

Thanks for looking!

Awesome looking knife! I am really enjoying the bulat on my gyuto. Haven't had to seriously sharpen it yet. Very impressive edge retention.
Thank you very much! Seriously bulat is a great steel, pleasure to sharpen as well once you get into it. I’m finding the Suji holds up just as well as the gyuto for retention, maybe even a little better because it doesn’t get used in the same manner.
