Nice heavy and stiff suji in excellent condition. Good edge holding and sharpens nicely.

Length: 267 mm
Height: 45 mm
Weight: 222 gr
Steel: Russian 440C equivalent.
Price: $350, $325, $300 shipped CONUS

The grind works really well for suji duties, haven't tried anything besides protein. Blade forward balance feels very powerful when cutting.

Must admit that it attracts me well.

How often is the sharpening required? I am not running bistro/resto, just a home cook for weekends.

P.S.
What is the thickness?

Sharpening frequency is very much dependent on what you do and what sharpness level you like. I have only used it for suji related stuff and also not a pro cook, so didn't have to sharpen often. Doesn't mean you won't have to sharpen more often though, just depends. Thickness I'll have to check later today when I get home.

Around 3.6 mm over the heel, ~2.75 mm in the middle, ~2.15 mm where the ktip starts. Consider though that it is slightly thicker where the wide bevel ends ~ 3.7-3.75 mm there over the heel. Never noticed this until now🤣
