I've been craving this over the past couple of weeks, but I haven't found a place that makes it since moving. So, I guess I'll try it myself. I've got no experience with Korean (or Korean-style) food, but I do have access to a well-stocked market. Thanks.

Seconding this. Maangchi recipes are always great, except maybe that potato dumpling one. Tried it and the dumplings fell apart, i ended up with potato shred soup
